Meet the team
Our chefs bring decades of experience to the table. Whilst some came to us via familiar local eateries such as Pulpo Negro, others trained in traditional Italian kitchens and vegan cuisine. Outside of the kitchen, they’re a creative bunch of artists and yogis. Each bring their own eclectic flair to our menus, but all agree on a few key principles – bold, vibrant flavours and the very best seasonal ingredients.
Front of House and Social Media Manager
Elle is a familiar face at Party at The Mill, and an OG member of the Alresford team. She’s also the person behind our social media channels, serving up daily coffee infused content to our loyal followers.
Elle loves the variety that comes with hospitality and is a people person through and through. When she’s not meeting and greeting our lovely customers, or sprucing up grids on the ‘gram, she’s most likely out on a long country walk with her adored Hungarian Vizsla, Huxley.
